After fermentation, the wine spent 16 months in barrels produced in Hungary and France, some of these barrels were new (20%) and some were used. The barrels varied from 225 liter to 5 hl of capacity. After bottling, the wines spent and matured another year in the cellar
Bottled: in December 2019. Produced: 7.800 bottles
Tasting notes: Clear dark color appears in the glass. The wine is led by the scent of secondary aromas. Characteristics of earth, minerals and leafs are in good harmony. Fruits, cherries, punch and some chocolate come into view and integrate with the spices of the barrel. It is long and memorable. A ready-made, nicely built wine comes into our glass.
